Soon-to-be mom and pop, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, could soon be something else...HUSBAND and WIFE. Looks like the couple have gotten engaged after Joel's secret marriage proposal was made public during a gig in DC on Friday. Let's wait for the official announcement on the shotgun wedding.
