And now for something a little lighter. Hilary Duff is going back on tour to promote her Dignity album, ya know the one she wrote when she was breaking up with Nicole's baby daddy Joel. The Duff was in Sao Paulo, Brazil speaking at a press conference when snapped these pics. I have to say, she really just gets better looking with age, now that she's all of 20, but I am truly impressed with her ability to handle the spotlight, and she doesn't have any DUIs!
