Dancing with the Stars contestant Heather Mills looks in great shape in this revealing costume...thanks to her personal trainer (boy toy), Ben Amigoni. Heather dazzled the judges yet again in last night's show when she danced the Paso Doble with partner, Jonathan Roberts. But is she keeping trim with some extra ''fitness'' sessions with instructor Ben (pictured here in the white shirt and jacket)?
