Jennifer Garner's 35th birthday

Jennifer Garner celebrated her 35th birthday with friends yesterday, steering clear of her very grumpy looking husband Ben Affleck. Jen started off at Ivy At The Shore in Santa Monica, where she had lunch with three friends. Then the smiling Alias star headed to Pacific Palisades to visit the Elyse Walker clothing store, where she indulged in a little birthday retail therapy before heading home. Meanwhile, Ben was busy scowling at photographers who spotted him at a Los Angeles recording studio where he was working on overdubs for an upcoming project.
