Even though they've already broken up once during their year long courtship, it appears as though Selma Blair and male model Matthew Felker are engaged.  According to PageSix.com the two emerged together from the the XIV Karat jewelry store in Beverly Hills yesterday and Selma had on a very large and very blingy ring on her middle finger.  The two have not confirmed the rumors, but it’s Hollywood, so I presume a quickie wedding and prompt divorce are soon to follow.  All the best to you two!

Selma Blair was out shopping in Beverly Hills with her one-eyed pup Wink.  Even though Wink's missing an eye, she still has Selma's heart.  I think they make a very cute couple!!

Celebrities lit up the red carpet in NYC this past week during the 6th Annual Tribeca Film Festival.  Overall the fashion choices were pretty good this year, with standouts such as Drew Barrymore, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Eva Mendes, and Selma Blair (pictured above).  As always, there were some very disastrous choices, but we won’t mention those names.  Check out our other top choices after the jump.
