Nicole Richie and Joel Madden got some much needed alone time while shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday.  Although I'm sure they enjoyed their time out, the couple have also expressed how excited they are that daughter Harlow has arrived, with papa Joel calling her the "love of his life."

     

We totally caught Nicole Richie slipping out the back door of her NYC hotel this morning.  Mama Nicole was on her way to Atlantic City to see her baby daddy Joel.  Good Charlotte has been in the New York area this week as part of their international tour and the two even made time to meet up with soon-to-be parents and sooner-to-be newly weds Ashlee and Pete for a dinner date. Awww!  Pete and Joel are slowly blending into the same person in my head...having a baby is all the rage these days!

Nicole Richie and poppa Lionel came out for the ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) Pop Awards last night.  Held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles, Lionel was honored with a "Golden Note" award for his longevity in the industry, while Fergie picked one up for her song "Big Girls Don't Cry."  Also in attendance were Natasha Bedingfield who donned a sea captain's hat (I approve) and Mel B with her hubby. 

     

Remember before darling Nicole was simply Harlow's mom and Joel's girlfriend, she was party girl Nicole and then jailbird Nicole?  Well, those days aren't completely behind her yet.  We spotted Nicole in Los Angeles this afternoon at her court ordered drunk driving prevention school. We hope Nicole sticks her to her program this time, after all, there might be a baby seat in the back!

    

Nicole Richie and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden are the proud parents of a baby daughter today. Richie gave birth to Harlow Winter Kate Madden yesterday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We liked the chunkier Nicole, so will this mean a return to her far less appealing skinny look? We hope not. Keep scoffing the burgers Nicole.

Is this going to turn into a celebrity race to see who pops one out first? Well, our money is on Nicole Richie at this point in time, as rumors are she's gone into labor at an LA hospital. Just so happens Christina Aguilera was also supposedly due to drop round about now. Come on girl, you've go some catching up to do so get those waters broken already.

Pregnant Nicole Richie showed she's all heart when she teamed up with pal, Samantha Ronson, to help folks in need at a homeless shelter on Thanksgiving Day. While boyfriend Joel Madden was in NYC with his band for the Macy's Parade, mom-to-be Nicole was doing her charity bit in Los Angeles. We think it's about time Paris Hilton took a leaf out of her book and ate some humble pie for once.

Nicole Richie certainly isn't letting her pregnancy slow her down. She is still traipsing around the world with baby-daddy Joel Madden and his Good Charlotte bandmates on tour. We caught the happy pair catching a flight in Australia, and Nicole  (who was tottering around on high heels) came prepared for the long journey with her own pillow.

Preggers Nicole Richie and lover Joel Madden are living double lives if our pictures are anything to go by. The couple enjoyed a romantic break in Hawaii and tried to keep the press of their scent by masquerading as someone else. Unfortunately for them the plan failed, and one of their entourage flipped us the bird when we caught up with them at the airport.

Plump and pregnant Nicole Richie looks healthier than she ever has. Check out the bikini-clad, womanly curves she put on display in Hawaii, where she's taking a break with Joel Madden this weekend. We reckon that rather than trying to lose weight after pregnancy, she should try to hang onto those few extra pounds.
