Mischa Barton came out for the MTV Australia Awards sporting an interesting new hair do.  Part bob, part extensions (?)...this is certainly an interesting combo of a haircut.  I think she needs some work cuz it looks like she's getting bored and taking it out on her clothes and hair.

   

We caught up with Mischa in Madrid last night.  Misch was on hand to promote her new movie, Closing the Ring.  The film is a romance set in Northern Ireland during WWII and features movie vets Shirley MacLaine, Christopher Plummer and Neve Campbell, let's hope this one actually works out for her!

Now this is the Mischa Barton I remember.  Dressed like a hippie, making out with some dude who's just a skinny as her,  yep, things are back to normal.  We spotted Mischa getting lunch with her new boyfriend in WeHo yesterday.  Maybe they can dub date with Rachel and Hayden?

Newly blonde Mischa Barton attended the Viper Awards in Berlin over the weekend.  Despite maybe looking just a tad washed out, Mischa seemed radiant in her cream and black ensem...that gold collar is pretty fierce too!

Mischa Barton will be celebrating her 22nd at Sundance.  We got some shots of her last night attending the premiere of her movie Assassination of a High School President.

A month after after being slammed with a DUI, we spotted Mischa Barton back in the public eye at Sundance.  All bundled up with up with new blonde locks, maybe Mischa will play the good girl card in 2008?

Tearful Mischa Barton was driven away from a Los Angeles police station less than two hours ago after she was charged with driving while sloshed off her face. Normally Mischa loves having her picture taken and posing for the cameras. This time she was making it slightly difficult for our photographer, but you can clearly see how distraught she is as she was whisked away to her Hollywood home where she has gone into hiding.

Former "O.C." star Mischa Barton is well and truly in the Oh Crap! today after she was busted in West Hollywood for allegedly being boozed-up behind the wheel. Cops say she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." Turns out she's also an unlicensed driver. Latest news is she just left the cop shop, where she was being held on $10,000 bail, and was whisked away in a car, covered with a blanket to hide her shame. More pictures to follow soon.

Actress Mischa Barton went walkabouts in NYC today with her pet pooch Ziggy and showed she just loves dogs. She picked up her doggie from the grooming parlour and then gave a big smacker to a mutt that happened to be passing by as she ate lunch. Does that dog know where she's been?
