Up for best picture are; the romantic epic, Atonement, the thriller Michael Clayton, the neo-Western No Country for Old Men (which holds the most nominations), the one with Daniel Day-Lewis being super intense, There Will Be Blood and the surprising upstart, Juno. The award for best actor and actress are also pretty varied, with everyone from vets George Clooney and Johnny Depp to newcomers Ellen Page and Marion Cotillard (La Vie en Rose).
