Hats off to Jessica Simpson for handling her ACE Awards stumble like a true pro last night. The ditzy blonde got her heel stuck in a grate as she arrived for the show, and nearly fell backwards onto her behind (we posted video of this earlier). But Jess gathered herself quickly, had a laugh about it all, then continued to pose for photographers as she made her way into the event. If only all celebs could laugh at themselves once in a while!

You have to hand it to her because as any woman in the city who wears heels knows, those grates can be a killer.
I like her more and more each day! Who cares if she is a ditz - she is cute, funny and is able to laugh at herself........
